Chattie (German schotzie) as my grandmother. Mother and I were wont to call him, was my oldest brother by 12 years. I remember him going into the navy when I was abt 6 yrs old. I didn't really know him until later years and learned to appreciate his knowledge in the electrical field. I often visited Ruth and him at their home during holidays and other times. I will miss those times immensely as well as his presence. Although it was never a habit of saying I love you it was an understanding of gestures and other subtleties. It is too late now but I did love him.very much. Goodbye Chattie and rest in peace.
