I was so sorry to hear about Michael's passing. It was a terrible surprise as I was unaware of his illness. I remember when Mike first came to Coxsackie CF and we worked together as officers. He was a very caring individual and always a pleasure to work with. He made the day go by easier for all of his fellow co-workers due to his kindness and great personality. I have not seen him since I retired, but I know he will be very missed among his fellow staff members. Rest in peace Michael.

Mikey was one of my longest and most trusted friends. I worked with Mike at Brookwood before we both went to corrections, are friendship started over 23 years ago. At work Mikey would be the first I called every morning to start the joking and kidding around, which made the day fly by. He loved his wife and daughter immensely always taking about them! I will miss Mike dearly he wasn't just a great friend he was a terrific father and husband. Rest in peace
