John Michael Rybka, Jr. of Valatie, NY, was taken to his eternal resting place on January 4, 2021. John was born in Hudson, NY to John Sr. and Pamela (Davis) Rybka on September 21, 1961. He graduated in 1980 from Ichabod Crane. He immediately went to work for the NYS Dept. of Corrections and retired in 2017. He was currently working as a driver for Coxsackie Transport. For many years, he had a passion for harness horses and even has his NYS harness horse training license. John loved his family more than anything in his entire world. He loved his daughter and was so proud of her. His love was also great for his nieces and nephews and also his great nieces. He was best friends with his two siblings and will forever be in everyone's heart. John is survived by his beautiful daughter, McKenzie Rybka, 21, of Valatie NY, his parents, John and Pamela Rybka of Kinderhook, NY, a sister, Michelle Pullen (Michael) of Palmetto, FL and his brother, Darren Rybka Sr. Of Porter Corners, NY. He is also survived by his nephews Jeremy (Solomia), Darren Jr. and Steven, his niece Alli (Mavist) and his great nieces Milah and Paisley. Also surviving is his Godmother, Rosemary Stainkamp of Port St. Lucie, FL. John was predeceased by both his maternal and paternal grandparents, Michael and Claire Rybka and Maurice and Katharine Davis. There will be a celebration of life in the future. If anyone would like to make donations, please do so to St. Judes Children's Hospital as John had a big heart when it came to children. .
