Obituary of Therese Geddes Leach

Therese Geddes Leach, 54, of Niverville NY died Thursday, December 16, 2020 at Albany Medical Center. Born January 7, 1966 in Albany, NY, she was the daughter John and Carole Lee (Salzer). Therese was an LPN and worked for Barnwell Health Facilities and Visiting Nurses of Albany. She enjoyed music, going to concerts, being around people and especially loved her dogs, Schmoopie, Buddy and Miss Beasley. She is survived by her husband: John F. Leach Jr.; five Children, Derek Geddes, Matthew Geddes, Michael Geddes, Christopher Geddes and Courtney Geddes all of Niverville. She was also survived by 3 grandchildren, Jacob, Logan and Annabelle Geddes. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 29 at St. John the Baptist Church, Valatie, with Rev. George Fleming officiating. Calling hours will be held Monday, December 28 from 6-8pm at the Raymond E Bond Funeral Home, Valatie. A private burial will follow in Our Lady Help of Christian's cemetery in Glenmont.
