Obituary of Donna Carol Phillips

Donna C Phillips, 73 of Selkirk, NY, passed away on July 25, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. Donna was born in Albany, NY to Leland Martin and Hazel (Minshell) Martin on October 16, 1946 and grew up in Elsmere, NY. Donna is survived by her sister Ilene Aranove of Lumberton, NC, her daughter Pamela Butler of Norwood, MA, her sons Kenneth Hallenbeck of South Chesterfield, VA and Spencer Phillips of Voorheesville, NY, 2 grandchildren, Amber Lee Bauer of Jamaica Plain, MA and Rebecca Butler of Norwood, MA as well as several nieces and nephews including Mark Martin and Paul Martin of Schenectady, NY who have always been there to help her out over the years. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Phillips, Jr, brothers Leland Martin and Charles Martin and a sister Elizabeth "Betty" Stellwagon. Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N Rocky Point Dr, Tampa, FL 33607 Services will be private with a burial at the Kinderhook Reformed Church Cemetery in Kinderhook, NY. Arrangements are with the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Valatie.
