William C. Mackey, 74, of Niverville, passed away on April 7, 2024 at home. Born in Albany, NY on September 26, 1949 he was the son of the late Albert R. and Frances M. (Youzwak) Mackey.

He was a member of the American Legion, Valatie, NY and the Kinderhook Elks, Kinderhook, NY.

William is survived by his siblings, Donald and Joseph Mackey of Valatie, NY, Sharon Hagadone of Virginia, Judith Mackey of Schodack, NY; several nieces, nephews and cousins and his caregiver, Lauralea Ingham.

A graveside service with military honors will be 11AM, Wednesday at the Prospect Hill Cemetery, Valatie with the Rev. Nick Becker officiating.
