Mildred Ann O'Neil, 81, of Valatie, NY passed away on November 13, 2023 at her home. Born in Valatie on August 19, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Harriett Isabel (Pulver) and George Carroll and the wife of the late Dickie O'Neil.

Before her retirement, she was a receptionist for Barnwell Nursing Home in Valatie.

She is survived by her children, Jaime Lico and Richard (Kathy) O'Neil, both of Scotia, NY, Michael (Peggy) O'Neil and David (Sandra) O'Neil both of Valatie; a brother, Bob Pulver of Albany; sisters, Clara, Fran and Georgia; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Justin, Ashley and Michael Keith O'Neil, David Patrick O'Neil Jr., Korey Lynn and Mia Isabel Lico and great grandchild, Emeree O'Neil.

Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are with the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Valatie, NY.
