Jesse Stanton Conner showed up in my 9th grade homeroom at LSI and left an impression on his class, the school, my family and especially my heart. He was an "old soul" and a kind person. He was the last person to have dinner with my husband Ross and I before the sheltering in and one of the first to check in on us, via many phone calls, to make sure we were okay during the pandemic. I will miss his calls to chat and talk about moral and ethical issues. His family and friends are in my prayers. I know how dear they all were to him, especially Michele and Ryan. It was with deep regret that this pandemic prevented me from coming to Jesse's wake and funeral but prayers and love made the miles vanish. I pray that the memories of Jesse's goodness and laughter give comfort to his family and all who loved him and the many who called him friend. With Love, Doc Lenet

Jesse was one of my favorite all time students. I miss him so badly. He definitely marched to his own tune and was comfortable just being himself. He was also a young man of great character. May God bless his family and his many friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Jesse's passing. He was a favorite of my friends and neighbors Margaret and David Spier and I often saw him at her homestead. He was always ready to lend Peggy a hand whenever needed. As noted, he was truly an "old soul" and how well I remember his Amish hat and plume of grass. Perhaps he and David are gardening with Sally Anne in the harness in the Great Beyond. Blessings and prayers for his family and friends.

Michele and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. My family will always cherish their friendship and memories of Jesse in their hearts from the time they first meet in grade school, college and till now, I had a great conversation with Jesse when I was with Jenn at Cobleskill he saw me in the parking lot and stopped to say hi and as always a pleasure to see him, He will be greatly missed by all.
