I was blessed to have retired at 52 years old. I spent a lot of time with my dad and my step mom Justine! Bring my father and mom divorced God gave me 20 years of lost time back! In my 40s i was hanging out a-lot with my sisters because we were all single and spent a-lot of time Upstate especially during ski season. When my sisters got older and started their jobs I then retired and was able to spend a lot of time with my dad upstate and spent alot of time watching him when his wife went to France! Went out to eat, went to the race track eight dads friends. Love Joel 2:23 God says, I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten and that’s what the Lord did! Blessed

When I think of Vito, his smile is what comes to mind. HIs smile was always present. He was gentle, kind and encouraging. I will remember him and his sweet nature with fondness.

Many years ago I asked Vito to make my old fashioned separate shower area into a closet since I was not using it. He was great at this type of thing. It took him a day to seal everything up and would be back in a day or two to paint the area which was now a nice towel closet. As the day wore on I couldn't find my cat. I could hear the meowing but no cat. I called Vito who came right over. He started hammering away at the newly constructed closet and lo and behold out popped the cat. Covered in plaster. Vito had actually constructed the closet with the cat inside the wall. Had to be one of the funniest things I'd experienced.

Vito was the kindest person that I had the pleasure of having in my life. He honored me by agreeing to become my godfather. He was a great friend, husband and father. He was larger than life but never boasted or tried to steal the spotlight. He was happy with staying in the background while letting others bask in the glow of his hard work. Please rest in peace until we meet again. My heart is heavy at this time for my nieces and nephew and for Justine and the children.
