I remember Mike's humor during a church outing years ago. There was a race where people had to run wearing frogman flippers. He was one of the few adults who participated and ran awkwardly, and people thoroughly enjoyed it. The fact that he was willing to look so funny to give joy to others impressed me.

I met Mike in 2008 at the Post Office. From day one he's been an AWESOME friend. My Buddy Friend from then on! I soooo miss our conversations almost daily on the job. We were post office physiologists to each other to help us get through the day. I can't tell you how YOU helped me with the bad days as I hope I helped you! MISS YOU TONS!!!!. I can't believe it turned to this :( But hey.....you're probably up there dancing away to your Buddy ......Dave Matthew's. Party on Bitches!!! Love You My Buddy Friend. ♡ Mary Ellen Scott

Mike,
Rest in peace. We had good times and made great memories as we were growing up. We did a lot of exploring around the railroad tracks and fields near your house on Moore Ave. It was a great environment and time for growing up and having fun.

Mike & I shared mutual great grandparents in Mulranny, County Mayo, Ireland. We had met as children in Buffalo at his grandmother Bridie’s home, my Aunt, my mother Jane’s sister. Years later, I met my cousin Mike as adults in Mulranny, Ireland at our cousins reunion in 2010. It was a special event & we had a lot of fun there, RIP cousin.
