Obituary of Genevieve G. Watrous

Genevieve Watrous, born June 22, 1931, passed away peacefully at home on June 23, 2021. She was predeceased by David, husband of 40 years, and grandson Zachary Watrous. She was the mother of Mary Beth Watrous (Charles Beckman), Nancy Watrous, Susan Kittel, Laura Graham (David Jr.), Jim Watrous (Chris) and Steven Watrous (Jessica). She was also the grandmother of seven grandchildren, Carrie Hadcock, David Graham III (Leah), James Watrous Jr., Stephanie Watrous, Ashley Watrous, Abraham Kittel and Adamu Kittel. She was the great-grandmother of Ella Guile and David Graham IV. As per Gen's wishes, services will be private for family only. In lieu of flowers, donations would be welcomed by the Regional Food Bank of NENY, C/O Robin Sullivan, Ichabod Crane High School, P.O. Box 820, Valatie, NY 12184 or Karma K9 Rescue, 21 Black Lake Rd., Catskill NY 12414. The family would like to thank Community Hospice for all their support. Arrangements are under the direction of the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Valatie.
