Loy A. Joiner, 69, of Castleton, NY, passed away Friday, May 7, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.
Born July 24, 1951 in Oceanside, NY, he was the son of the late Herbert Hugh and Josephine (Delker) Joiner. Loy was a Field Service Engineer at Xerox in New York City for over 35 years. He was an avid metal detector.
He is survived by his wife: Mariann Joiner (Grieco), his daughter: Kerrie Dianna Joiner of Castleton and a son: Robert Paul Joiner of Rockville Center, NY and two grandchildren; Christa Mae and Alexa Rae Burger.
A graveside service will be held on Monday May 10th, 2021 at 12:30pm in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Castleton NY. Visitation hours will be Monday May 10th 2021 from 10-12 noon at the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Valatie. For those who wish, contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O. Box 4594, New York, NY 10163.
