Connie L. Jordan, 68, of Old Chatham, NY, passed away in her home on July 9, 2025. She was born on November 6, 1956, in Germany, and was the daughter of the late Edward and Christa O'Dell.

Connie worked for many years as both a factory worker and a caretaker. She found great joy in spending time with her family and took pride in the love and closeness they shared.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Daniel Jordan of Old Chatham; her beloved children, Daniel and Christina; her cherished grandchildren, Eric, Brianna, Chelsea, Mackenzie, Chris, Ethan, Amanda, and Brendan; and her great-grandson, Christopher.

In addition to her parents, Connie was predeceased by her beloved son, Edward Jordan.

Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family.
