Cynthia "Diddy" Elizabeth Scoville Lill of Valatie, NY passed away on February 12, 2025 at home after a brief illness.

Cynthia was born in Orangeburg, SC to Sarah "Sally" Van Alstyne (Abraham) and William Perryclear Scoville.

She attended Orangeburg High School and graduated in 1955.

She then went on to achieve a Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Sciences at the University of South Carolina.

In 1970 Cynthia and the love of her life started the business RM Lill Inc. where they grew the business together for 35 years. She loved spending time with her family, playing tennis and running in Freihofers 5K race every year.

Cynthia is survived by her loving husband of 58 years Richard M Lill Sr. of Valatie, son Nicholas Donald Lill Herrera (Hector) of Queens NYC, son Richard M. Lill Jr. (Gina) of North Greenbush NY, granddaughter Lexie Rose Lill (Andy) Wynantskill NY, brother William Van Alstyne (Nancie) of Clermont, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will not be held due to the request of the family.
